St Albans Five Rhythms Ecstatic Dance

We invite you to join 30-40 new and regular dancers once a month, at Aboyne Lodge School on Saturdays, 7-9:30pm for Creative, improvised movement for body, heart and soul.
Gabrielle Roth’s Five Rhythms ecstatic dance is a relaxing releasing workout for mind, body and spirit. Let go of your mind and let your body take you into your wildness, your tenderness, your joy – with yourself, with others. Come home to the ground of your being. Somewhere in you the dancer is waiting, waiting to be recognised and given life in movement. All you need is to move and let the music touch you. Where earth and sky meet – that’s you – alive in your dance!
The class is warm and welcoming, and comprises people who dance regularly as well as a continuing flow of new people.
##### Fees:
- Higher income £25.
- Standard fee £20.
- Lower income £15.
- Universal credit £10.
- Special offer – first class £10.
- Cash only on the door. Pre-book or pay by card via Eventbrite.

- 7.00 – 9.30pm. Please arrive from 6:45pm ready to begin at 7 pm.

- Aboyne Lodge School, Etna Rd, St Albans AL3 5NL. Free parking in the school grounds.
- Please use the main entrance to the school. Go down the side of the building (with the building on your left, and the lawn on your right) and you’ll see the main entrance.
