Monday Waves - Highgate London. 5Rhythms Dance

Join me, Dean, for Monday Waves, a Five Rhythms movement meditation practice where you can move, flow, release, and refresh. This session is open to all levels-whether you’re new to Five Rhythms or experienced, come with curiosity and an open body.
Wear clothes that are easy to move in, bring water, and come as you are. This is a drug- and alcohol-free space. Phones off, presence on.
Perfect for anyone interested in expressive movement, conscious movement, ecstatic dance, or movement meditation.
