5Rhythms is a Moving meditation Practice!
In this inclusive practice we find permission and allow ourselves to feel and express what's not been said, what we have been holding back or what's worrying us in future!
We allow our bodies to breathe, move, sweat and come alive!
In this space, we find safety and security, a crying shoulder or a partner to go on a perhaps joyride together or even alone!
We're welcomed to a space of no judgment and with no expectations!
Accepted and Free we are, in flow!
