THE DANCE IS 100% ONLINE ❤️ FEB 15th. The change to online came as a true surprise. We hope you will delight with us in the pivot & the opportunity to join from everywhere! April 12 we are meant to resume the series in-person at the First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia.

“The body is a begging bowl for spirit.”
—Gabrielle Roth

BODY PRAYER is a dancing prelude to Sunday services, an offering to step with awareness on this earth and to be the fullest and freest version of ourselves.

The dance is the ceremony.
The movement is the meditation.
The community is our blessing.
The body is our connection to it all.

5Rhythms® is a simple movement practice designed to release the dancer that lives in all of us, regardless of shape, size, age, or experience. All bodies are welcome. No experience needed.

We dance in the Parish Room. $20 suggested donation. No one turned away for lack of funds.
