Monmouth and The Kymin Approx 7 - 7.5 miles

This is a lovely walk in the Wye Valley with spectacular views.

It's a walk of 2 halves and we'll do the hilly half first following Offa's Dyke footpath through woods and meadows and then drop down to the river to a level riverside path where there are lots of opportunities for swimming or just cooling down. No stiles and stunning scenery. There is a section for about half a mile where the dogs need to go back on the lead but is mostly off lead.

There's a choice of parking, some free some paid. I'll put Monnow Bridge as the start for now but this adds extra distance to the walk and it it's a very warm day it will be better to meet at Wyebridge and I'll update closer to the time.
