Welcome to the 6-Week Boxing Challenge — more than just a workout, it's a community.
We’re here to build a tribe of people who want to get stronger, sharper, and more confident through boxing. Whether you're a total beginner or someone looking to get back in shape, you’ll find a supportive group that trains hard, laughs harder, and grows together.
This group is about in-person connection. We train in Studio City, Los Angeles, in a private facility, with energy, discipline, and mutual respect. Every session is designed not just to teach boxing, but to create bonds — between training partners, coaches, and everyone who walks through the door.
There is no physical contact or sparring — all training is done through shadowboxing, bag work, and mitts with the coach. You’ll build skill, cardio, and confidence without ever getting hit.
Whether your goal is fitness, stress relief, or learning a new skill, you'll find a welcoming group that pushes together and grows stronger every week.
