60+ NYC Young at Heart

seniors that want to make new friends and get out and enjoy the multitude of activities that NYC and the surrounding areas have to offer. Everything we do will be geared to the special needs of our age group. Life is good when you can enjoy old favorite activities, or brand new adventures in the company of like minded acquaintances while making new friends.

Beginning in 2025, we will have limited tolerance for NO-SHOWs. If you aren't coming, please update your RSVP. If you are delayed, put a note on the Meetup event or contact the host. If you are a NO-SHOW (you RSVP'd but don't show up), you will be removed from this Meetup group.

Beginning in Summer 2026, you must post a picture with your face to join the 60+ NYC young at heart Meetup group or remain in this Meetup. It's a matter of trust. Posting a picture of a butterfly, a puppy, a tree, or no picture, etc., gives people a sense that you are trying to hide something. Full-body pictures are not easily visible on Meetup. It's also helpful if people, including me as the host, can connect your face with your name.
If you don't have a face-only picture in Meetup, you will be removed from this Meetup on 9/1/26.
