2025 Venice Italy Carnivale

Anyone want an exciting adventure? I am a member of an exclusive Venice Italy Association of annual Carnivale attendees.

A group of our members went w/ me a few years ago. We had so much fun.

During the day, we explored the city by walking and water boated thru the Venice many canals. We also share goneola rides.

At night, we would go to costumed Venetian balls and parties of the private assiciation to which I belong.

The assiciation is allowing me to invite my friends in 2025 and allow me to sponsor those who want to attend.

We rented an apartment near St Marks square and divided the lodging expenses, shared meals together and people had freedom to explore on their own.

Here are some of what happened in 2024.

Grand Opening “Floating Parade”: A colorful and musical celebration with a water parade that took place on Saturday, January 27 and Sunday, January 28

Carnival Street Show: Street theater performances in the main city squares.

Venetian Mask-Making

Workshops: Learn the ancient craft of mask making.

The Flight of the Angel: A ritual that evokes the deeds of a young Turkish acrobat who walked over a tightrope from the bell tower of St. Mark's to the Ducal Palace.

Best Mask Contest: A free event that takes place daily from 10 AM–5 PM, starting on February 3. Winners from the daily contests are entered into the finals.
