Let's get together every Tuesday evening for a 3 mile run even breaking out into different pacing groups and distances if need be. We will be ending our run near Humboldt Haus & Liquors where you can get some post run re-hydration. Safety first COVID-19 Guidelines - Friendly reminder anyone that has been travel to and/or from the states experiencing a surge in new COVID-19 cases is required to quarantine for a 14-day period from the time of last contact within the identified state. This includes both Chicago residents returning from travel to a designated state, and travelers arriving in Chicago from a designated state. In other words please avoid any local meetups or large gatherings.

We'll be ending our runs near Humboldt Haus & Liquors, which has great to-go sandwiches and a full selection of beer and wine. Afterwards, we can sit out in the boulevard and catch up. Garfield Conservatory is continuing their virtual yoga session with Natalie Schilke for the month of September. Join Natalie for this one-hour session from the comforts of your own home with the Conservatory as the background. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome to join. Pre-registration is required so Garfield Conservatory can send you a link to join, and space is limited. https://bit.ly/3gelQLI_virtualyoga This class is free but we welcome donations to help offset programming costs. Make sure your bike is in good shape and let's hit the trails! The ride is 27 miles - but don't let that intimidate you! It's a leisurely ride (about 10/mi per hour). We'll head south on the lake front path and then into Indiana on the Burnham Greenway path. We'll end at 18th Street Brewery in Hammond. After some tasty beverages and food, we will take the South Shore Line back to the city.
