St. Louis Symphony Concert - Forest Park

Come listen to the world famous St Louis Symphony on Art Hill in Forest Park. Musical Director Stephane Deneve conducts and tells a short story about the upcoming composition sprinkling tidbits of humor. The ending is filled with patriotic song capped with fireworks in the background over the Grand Basin.

There are food trucks or bring your own. The approximate hour long event usually brings in thousands making parking difficult. Arrive early or walk long distance. Bring a chair or a blanket. I'll try to save as much space as possible without being offensive to others. I usually get there a couple hours ahead - save a spot - take a walk thru Forest Park - grab a bit - before settling in. They've run shuttles in the past. Carpooling suggested.
