You are invited to an intimate evening of self-exploration and gaining an understanding about potential paths to personal transformation. We will explore how beliefs about ourselves and the world are formed and how they determine the way we go about life. We will take a dive into some basic mindfulness techniques and look at how mindfulness can help facilitate changes in age-old habits and patterns. Should be interesting and fun. Join us.
