The Zen Teaching of Bodhidharma
Details
Taking a bit of a left turn from ancient Greece, in August, we'll travel back to 5th century India, where an Indian Buddhist monk decides that it'd be a lot cooler if China had Zen. Known as "the laughing Buddha," among other monikers, Bodhidharma was a one of a kind who not only changed how many Buddhists approach their religion, but he also profoundly influenced eastern and western thought, spirituality, and philosophy. This time around, we'll meet at Whichcraft, in the heart of Mueller. It's definitely open on Mondays, and I'll see if I can reserve us a spot for that night. See you then!
