OpenShift intro!

OpenShift [1] is Red Hat's free, auto-scaling Platform as a Service (PaaS) for applications.

It supports Node.js, Ruby, Python, PHP, Perl, and Java out of the box and can be extended via so called cartridges allowing developers to add any language they like.

Marek Jelen [2], RedHat's PaaS Evangelist, will introduce us to OpenShift and demonstrate some of its functionality.

This is a great opportunity to learn about this interesting technology! Looking forward to seeing you there :-)
