Pricing Your WordPress Projects the Right Way

In this month's meetup, we will have a special presentation by
Bret Phillips of Sideways8, a full service web design agency based right here out of Atlanta. Bret is a the sales and marketing guru at Sideways8 and will be sharing his knowledge on web project pricing models and how to optimize for your agency. This conversation is intended to help you consider your value, ask the right questions, and make sure you are not forgetting why you are in business in the first place. We'll look at pricing from a freelancer perspective as well as a business owner with multiple employees and contractors.

For those of you who are customers of freelancer and web agencies, this will educate you on all the parts and pieces that go into pricing your project so you can ask the right questions when receiving bids for your next project.

This talk is open to all levels of WordPress experience and no specialized knowledge is required. Anybody who runs a business or startup will benefit from their expertise (even those of you not on WordPress).

The session will be followed by a Happiness Bar where we will break out into groups (depending on attendance size) to discuss individual WordPress needs from new ideas to troubleshooting your website. Make sure to bring your computer and access to your website (we will have wifi available!).
