Live Music at the Danny Kyle Open Stage with Celtic Connections at Concert Hall
Details
Let's get together on a gloomy January Sunday, to blow away the cobwebs, have a few beers, and listen to some live music.
We are delighted to announce that we will be going along to enjoy and support some incredible new talent at the free, live music events hosted by Celtic Connections at the The Danny Kyle Open Stage. This event is designed to showcase new talented musicians and we are lucky to be able to attend.
We will be meeting at the Exhibition Hall at 16.45 for the event starting at 5pm, till 7pm. Exhibition Hall is in Glasgow Concert Hall and has an entrance on Killermont Street.
For anyone wanting to meet up for a drink beforehand, we have chosen upstairs at the Intermezzo Bar, 22 Renfrew Street from 2.30pm.
Please see The Rules of our Group before attending

The Rules
It's really sad that we have had to make rules for a group for adults, but there's "no accounting for folk" (as they say).
We are out for a good time! Anyone who is rude or obnoxious to either the organiser, fellow members, bar staff, or anyone else during the course of an event will receive a warning and/or be removed from the group. We are not here to put up with bad behaviour. If you do not like the rules, or love to argue, go elsewhere.
Please pay the organiser £1 each on the day to help cover the group's fees. We will be charging £1 per person at every event from January 2024 onwards. It costs £25 per month for Meetup subscription fees (plus event fees) and the organisers also have to attend every event, which is expensive.
We hope you appreciate their time and effort and want to contribute this small, token amount at each event, without being asked again. Anyone who doesn't volunteer (without having to be asked) to pay the organiser £1 at the event upon arrival will be removed from the group.
