Taiji translates as Great Extremes; it is the name for the Yin Yang symbol.
The balance of Positive and Negative is every changing but when we find a perfect point, this is Wuji or Without Extreme.
As your Taiji skill progresses, forms will become easy to learn, Push Hands will become more complex and fun, and the Martial Applications will manifest from basic movement.
