Initial Ceph DC meeting!

This is the inaugural meeting of the Ceph DC meetup. Let's get together to talk about Ceph. Don't be intimidated. Feel free to attend whether you are a vendor, user, or just someone interested in Ceph. Since there is currently no sponsor, you will have to purchase your own food and drink.
