A Day of Healing and Empowerment for and by Women, Celebrating Women's Day

Come celebrate International Womens Day with Sophia Sanctuary ~ A Women Only Event for pampering!

Opening Circle is at 9:45 a.m. Admission is a sliding scale from $20 to $113 at the door.

This year we have Leigh Anne Jasheway, acclaimed local comedian, to help us “Giggle Your Way to Good Health and Inner Peace," at 1:00 p.m.* Nine workshops include an overview of Women's History, Tantric Dance, a Red Tent, Tools of Shamanism, and many more.

Connie Bender leads our cadre of healers and psychics, many of the best in and out of town, for 10 to 15 minute samples of their arts. Snacks, crafts, a raffle and music round out the festivities. (Bring a sack lunch – there are also restaurants in the area.) The event is accessible, and child-care is provided between 10:00 – 1:00 and 2:00 to 5:00, for children out of diapers, up to age 12.
