BOLD Goals - Workshop on AWE

Join us in June at our sixth workshop on 'Awe', part of our annual programme for 2019.

This 2 hour workshop will help you get up, get out and get more awe and amazement in your life.

We'll share ideas and stories about awe and why it's important to help us see the bigger picture and focus our vision. It's particularly key at this time of year as we approach mid summer and can enjoy a greater connection with the outside world. The session will be fun and informative and challenge you to think creatively about this important topic.

As part of this workshop you will join in with our Commitment circle process which helps you celebrate success in your life, as well as commit to action once the workshop is over.

You are welcome to drop in for this one off workshop, if you like what you experience you are also welcome to join our annual programme (BOLD Goals) to support you in creating positive change across all areas of your life throughout 2019.
