Yoga at Sellwood Park

Donation based yoga class at Sellwood Park.
We meet on the grass under the trees across from the playground, just south of the baseball diamonds, near the intersection of SE 7th Ave and SE Boswell St.
We'll do a little breath work, a little meditation, and a lot of yoga!
All levels are welcome, modifications provided.
Please bring your own water and mat or towel. Bring props if you have them.
Some blocks, straps, and bolsters will be provided.
All are welcome!
Come alone or bring friends.
