Kid's Yoga

This Kids Yoga Class is the perfect opportunity for kids ages 5ish to 9ish to get a taste of yoga’s many marvelous benefits, like great physical and mental strength, relaxation, and mindfulness. All participants will feel like little yoga warriors in no time!!

Come to class ready to have fun! Also bring your favorite water bottle to stay hydrated or we can provide you with one!

🌄ATTENDANCE: $15 drop-in (or included in $100 unlimited monthly membership). Class is open for drop-in or RSVP. Attendance is limited to 8 persons.
