Just Yoga.

Sharing my knowledge and personal experience with you, by practicing together.

Keep it simple, aware of physical sensations and breath. What you imagine and what you experience are two different things, so don't bother projecting, imagining, having monologues during the practice.

Just be. Be in different postures.

Shift from Human Doing - Human Being - To Presence

Requirements:

***At the end of a session, it can be a beautiful opportunity just to sit in silence or silent contemplation, say for 5-10 minutes. The session can be closed by a ringing bell or bowl, indicating that it is time for everyone to leave.

***Please Avoid superficial socializing during gatherings. This means avoid engaging with others on personal or worldly matters which can become a distraction from discovering the pure presence. Focus on your own sense of being and remain as the Self or in peace, silence quietness, like this your presence may inspire others. In this way, we keep the vibration high and recognize that this is a sacred space where Truth is experienced and shared.

***Empty stomach, 3-4 h after food. Try not to drink coffee, alcohol or smoke before or immediately after. It will just mess with your nervous and pranic (life energy) system.

***No knowledge or experience is required. Most of the times someone who is totally new to yoga, absorbs and gets a lot more than someone who practice yoga for some time, because when an old practitioner comes, he doesn’t just practice, but has an opinion about everything, which is hampering the experience and masks the discoveries.

***Open mind, no expectation, be realistic and observed what it is, rather than what your expectation are, dedication, total involvement, follow the instruction everything will be fine.

What may start as a physical practice, it may turn into something more experiential.

We might start yoga for different reasons, but we discover something totally different on the way, a lot better that we could imagine.

The outcome of the practice is what you put. Depends almost entirely on your focus and determination.

My presence is to instruct, point, adjust and assist if needed.

The practices works better if there is no dialogue. Either internal or external. Silence is always best.

Don’t try to limit your experience into words, keep it to yourself, absorb, don’t give it to the mind because it will ruin it.

The best things in life are not intellectually understood but felt. You cannot think or understand love, you can just feel it.

Everyone has their own individual path. Don’t judge or compare, you cannot understand everything.

If you dedicate yourself, keeping your opinions to the side and just follow whatever instructions are presented, peace, lightness and a sense of ease cannot be hidden from you.

“It is not that you don’t care, but you don’t mind. Less mind.”

The true self is perfect and complete, and you will rejoice in its presence, as your presence.

When you discover the self, your personality might be threatened or feel uncomfortable, but this is how it gets purified.

It is like Rumi says, “When someone beats a rug, the blows are not against the rug, but against the dust in it.”

It is not against you, but the concept you call “you or yourself”, it is against the things that you falsely identify yourself with.

There is a beautiful saying: “Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God”.
