This Meetup we'll dive into physical due diligence and the inspection process. We'll discuss things you can look for when walking properties and/or during property tours. As well as questions to ask when choosing an inspection firm. Discuss major building systems and problematic materials and components to be on the lookout for. Materials that can create an insurance and lending challenge, as well as affect NOI.
