Property Tour Field Trip - This month's meetup, Ana Rodriguez, will discuss a wide range of topics for both buyers and sellers of multifamily. Ana has years of leasing and property management experience, she will share some of her daily duties as the leasing manager, as well as give us a tour of the property. Ana, will also discuss the investment group's expectations and value add strategies for the apartment community. This is one you won't want to miss!
Afterwards, we can grab a late lunch at a nearby restaurant. Come out for food, fun, learning and most importantly building relationships.
