Join us for a 20-min mindfulness meditation in nature followed by a relaxing 2/3 hour walk in the forest. It is the perfect opportunity to have a break from the city and meet like-minded people in a calm and energising environment.

We will end the 2-3 hour walk at the pub and have a refreshing drink.

  • Meeting point: on the platform of Epping station @1pm

  • To bring: water bottle, snacks, hat, sun screen

  • To wear: good walking shoes, comfortable clothes

  • Cost: FREE
