  • 09:45 - 10:00 reception
  • 10:00 - 10:30 sitting meditation
  • 10:30 - 11:00 walking meditation
  • 11:00 - 11:30 sitting meditation
  • 11:30 - 12:00 walking meditation
  • 12:00 - 12:30 sitting meditation
  • 12:30 - 13:00 questions and tea

The meditations will be conducted in silence. That includes the walking meditation.
