Women's Improv Drop In

The Improv Studio is back again with special edition of our Sunday drop in!

In this workshop we will cover the basics of improv and focus on playing, listening and collaborating to create something together.

People come to improv workshops for many reasons! Some of our participants want to work on their public speaking skills, teamwork, thinking quickly or pushing themselves out of their comfort zone. Some people are looking for laughter and joy on a Sunday afternoon!

This workshop is for all women and non-binary people! We promote a supportive and playful workshop environment. No experience is necessary. We tailor the workshop difficulty to the people who are in the room.

Instructor: Caity Curtis has been performing and teaching improv for exactly half of her life. She is the Regional Direcor of the Canadian Improv Games in Manitoba and an organizer of the Winnipeg Improv Festival. Caity is recognized internationally for her work as an improviser both on stage and behind the scenes.
