Come along to our Happiness Club, meet some friends old and new in a relaxed atmosphere and share in the positive energy. Each Happiness Club meeting is different so you can join in at any time.

The Wheel of Life is a coaching tool used by many professional coaches and great philosophers to explore how our life is balanced. When we are feel our lives are balanced we are happier. Each segment of our life impacts on another, taking action in one area can boost another.
From February onwards we are going to use the Happiness Wheel as a focus for our monthly sessions. All happiness club members will be able to plot their own Happiness Wheel to gain an understanding of what areas of their life may be out of balance. Each month we will be use one segment of the Happiness Wheel as a main topic exploring what can be done to increase happiness in that area.

Is laughter the best medicine?
We will explore how our happiness, beliefs and attitude can impact on our health and wellbeing. We will try out some EFT (the tapping technique) and FANTASTIC NEWS! our guest speaker will be the lovely Sharon Miller of Joyworks sharing her Laughter Yoga with us. It's going to be a fab night with even more laughter than usual .
We will continue to use ideas from the world of positive psychology, NLP and alternative therapies. You will get to try out practical exercises, share what works, and create challenges for yourself in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.
The emphasis for the Happiness Club is action - learn some new things and try them out. If you keep doing the same things you will get the same results. Take a new approach and add some happiness to your life.
