The African Agile Coaching Circle takes place on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6pm WAT / 7pm SAST & 8pm EAT.
This is a monthly call where Agile coaches, Scrum masters, and agile practitioners can practice their coaching and mentoring skills with one another. During every session you will have the opportunity to practice your powerful questions and levels of listening in coaching conversations. You will choose your own adventure of either coaching in pairs or triads, or staying in the main room where we discuss the coaching arc, powerful questions, levels of listening and do a group practice and/or demo.
Each session is facilitated by at least one person who holds the ICAgile Expert certification in Agile Coaching.
