"Values" is a buzzword that gets thrown around in our personal lives and workplaces, but few people have defined what their values are and how they can help act as a north star in our lives.
In this interactive workshop, we'll talk about the power of values and why they're important for leaders of all ages – from recent grads and mid-career workers to seasoned professionals and retirees.
We'll engage in an exercise to help define and operationalize your personal values. You'll leave with a clear compass to guide decisions, filter connections, and more.
Friends and family of UCLA Alumni are welcome!
