Finding needs & Developing use cases

Details
Welcome to our second meetup! Tonight we will be talking about how to use IoT technology create useful product and services, which people in the local community really value.
Here is the agenda:
• Bill Harpley - will describe a stepwise method for identifying actual user needs.
• Break
• Ashley Bowen - will talk about local use cases which we have identified. After which the floor will be opened up to discussion
• Break
• Dave Thornton - will give a presentation about his experience of developing LoRa hardware
As Christmas is nearly upon us, we have a festive challenge for you! Can you think of the ideal IoT-enabled present for Santa? Perhaps a driverless sleigh or Christmas tree that changes colour according to levels of air pollution? We may have small prize for the best idea ...
Note that the meeting will be kindly hosted by Barclays Eagle Labs (https://labs.uk.barclays), a key tech business incubator for the Brighton & Sussex area.
One final piece of news for hardware enthusiasts. Microchip are running a series of LoRa workshops, the first of which is at Winnersh Triangle (nr. Reading) on November 29th. You can can find details here:
