Discover Perl Best Practices

Throughout 2014 we are going to set a monthly theme instead of choosing speakers and random topics. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to the theme: give a lightning talk, demo a project, lead the discussion of a research topic, whatever etc. The themes are not meant to restrict the meetings, rather to cultivate ideas and inspire people to share knowledge.

The topic of Best Practices can cover anything related to high quality Perl development: the Perl Best Practices book, Perl::Critic, Perl::Tidy, code metrics (e.g. cyclomatic complexity score), Perl-ish coding techniques, etc.

So far we have the following topics planned:
