Penninghame Process - One day workshop - 7 Steps to Dissolving Stress

Details
When we feel stressed, what is actually happening is that we are having a repetitive series of negative thoughts. We become disconnected from ourselves, the thoughts can seem to take us over and become overwhelming, and we feel helpless to change the situation. If we allow these thoughts to continue without bringing in awareness, they accumulate to cause the actual physical symptoms of stress we experience in the body.
The good news is, that by using some very simple techniques and practices of awareness and breathing, it IS possible to dissolve these stressful thoughts, and move back into a state of connection. From this state, effective solutions and intelligent actions become much clearer and the next steps feel much easier to take.
This workshop will take you through a step by step process so that you can apply these same techniques to and move through stress in any situation.
Our one day workshops are suitable for anyone at any stage of their personal development work.
They are a great introduction to the teachings and trainings of the Penninghame Process and MHAUK, as well as a great refresher and opportunity to continue to integrate the teachings if you have already taken any of our courses.
All are welcome.
