Basics of Shamanism

At our first meeting the members present decided that we wanted to take a walk through a shamanic way of life! With this meeting in September we'll begin that walk with discussing the basics of journeying and understanding the 3 Worlds/levels of accessing the Spiritual World. We'll do some journeying, laughing, sharing and getting some answers!

We need to begin with the basics and go from there---future gatherings will discuss spiritual protection, power animals (acquiring and the care of them), dismemberment, and whatever direction we're led.

We decided that we'd take a love donation at each meeting to cover the costs of the meet-up registration and the teachings.

Stephen and I (Karen) will be the faciltators and we'll share what has been shared with us.

Bring a drum or rattle if you have one. There will be a few to share.

Bring a journal so that you can begin to record your journeys

Wear comfortable clothes and it is necessary that you RSVP. There is limited room---we're talking about meeting at bigger place but for now this is it!
