Eventprofs Open Space Workshop!

This month we are shaking things up and doing things a little differently!

The evening will be hosted by our organisers Natalie and Siobhán, along with David Hall of Codurance, plus we will be announcing more facilitators from the events community very soon.

Natalie, David and Siobhán have combined experience of 30+ years in tech-related events and community building so it should be a great evening all round :)

🔶How does it work?🔶

• Have an eventprof discussion topic, event challenge or solution that you would like to share with the group? Great - send us the details by emailing siobhan.kehoe@voxgig.com or DM us on Twitter @EventprofsLON and we will add it to our list.
• Don’t have a specific topic in mind? No problem - come along anyway and get involved in the discussions - we’re sure you will learn lots of new ideas at the workshop.
• At the start of the workshop, we will write up all the ideas and topic suggestions on a whiteboard or on Post-it notes. As a group we will vote on which topics we want to discuss at the workshop and the most popular will be put forward.
• We’ll then talk about each topic, share our thoughts and ideas and come up with solutions that we can take away and action immediately.
• We’ll also have a scribe to make notes, take photos and put together a document that can be shared with the meetup members afterwards.

Just yourself and maybe a notepad and pen if you want to. The aim is to create a fun and inclusive event in a relaxed environment where we can all listen and contribute in equal measure.
