In October 2012, I made my first trip to Sicilia and spent especially a lot of time in the Etna region. I had the great opportunity to meet the president of the Consorzio di Tutella di vini di Etna, Guiseppe Mannino. He gently invited me to his azienda and makes me discover its wines. I would like to share no with you his passion

Wine tasting content:

• Flavor discovery (theory and practice)

• Wine tasting basis (theory)

• Wine tasting of 4 wines (practice)

• Food pairing tips and tasting with each wine

You will receive a booklet with all the information learned during the tasting as well as food pairing tips and full details about the wines tasted.
