You will see signs for the main entrance once you're on Northington Street.

Cost: £7/ £5 students and concessions

Classes starts at 6.00pm and end at 7.15pm every Thursday. For your first class please attend at least 10 minutes early to complete a health questionnaire. However, if you have any long term medical conditions or recent serious injuries/ surgery, please send me an email with details before attending the first class.
Yoga mats and blocks are provided, but of course please bring your own if your prefer.
