Join us for a fun, upbeat barre workout for FREE every Friday in September.

Things to know:
-show up to class a few minutes early so we can get you checked in and set up
-bring water & yoga mat or towel
-barre is done barefoot! If you have barre socks, you are welcome to wear them
-no ballet experience required

What is barre?

Barre is a workout routine that utilizes ballet-based exercises, combined with some yoga and pilates for a complete body sculpting program. The barre is used as a tool to help with balance, while you focus on strength and core training.

It may look like ballet, but don’t be fooled. We like to say, “it’s a little ballet all jacked up on Mountain Dew.”

Whether you have an extensive dance history or two left feet, barre is a workout for all.
