Rodeo Run- 30th edition

Howdy cowgirls and cowboys, join us for the 30th Annual ConocoPhillips Rodeo 10k or 5k run/walk with 10,000 participants. The 10k starts at 9:20 AM and the 5k run/walk starts at 9:35 AM. Lining up for the events starts at around 9 AM.

The cost of registration is $30 for either event and both are timed. Great deal for a 10k, with a pretty awesome shirt!

This event is especially satisfying to out-of-towners who have not witnessed the Rodeo parade. Competitive runners, part-time joggers, and walkers actively participate. Late start in the morning, so you don't have to get up at 6:00 AM, so no excuses!

Immediately following the run, you enter a humongous post-race party at Eleanor Tinsley Park (close to starting line) stocked with free food and sponsor goodies. Shortly there after, the Houston Rodeo kicks off their parade, so you can see all the trail riders and horses passing through downtown.

PARKING Public parking garages in the downtown Houston area and the Theater District are available to participants. Please prepare for each garage to have its own parking fees. Surface lot parking is also available throughout downtown for a fee.
