Every Wednesday @ 7pm in Phoenix Park!
15-20 mins mindfulness meditation (some of which may follow like below):
-body scan guided
-sitting meditation
-breath practice
-mindful conversations
40-60 mins exercise (you can choose one group):
- Walking group
- Running group
- Interval training group
Exercise is tailored for everyone's needs!
Bring a water bottle, warm clothes and some visual gear for the dark!
