As women our entrepreneurial history has shown us some great leaders who have inspired us and have driven our work lives to new levels of equality. However, we still have hurdles to overcome. Lisa Hall, Your Business Success Coach, has a degree in Human Resources from Saint Mary's College of California and has spent over 27 years in the fields of education, sales, and business operations, coaching and speaking. Lisa’s unique combination of leadership and teaching skills make her a natural business leader, coach, speaker and trainer. Before owning her own coaching practice Lisa worked with the Chet Holmes and Tony Robbins Organizations, coaching and training their sales and creative teams. As someone that grew up in a home with an entrepreneurial father, Lisa is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and small business owners grow their business and create the lifestyle they desire. From her work in corporate America and small business, Lisa knows that back office management and organization is what can sometime derail and overwhelm a small business professional. This is where Lisa’s expertise in business leadership and organization can make a huge impact. As a Business Success Coach, Lisa brings in her knowledge of record keeping, system organization and procedural policy building to help businesses create effective and organized systems that are easy to manage yet create greater profitability for the small business owner.
