Bring your laptop! Join us for a hands-on session where we'll show you how to build your own Ionic 2 app for Web, iPhone, and Android users.

Here's what we'll cover:

• How to start a new Ionic 2 project

• Building a basic application with new pages (screens), forms, and data services

• How to create and reuse UI components across your app

• Style your app with beautiful iOS and Android themes

• How to run and test your application for iPhone, Android, and Web-based users

Spectators are welcome, but if you want to follow along on your own laptop, you'll need the following:

- Understanding of HTML and basic javascript

- Install Node JS, Ionic 2, and Cordova before the session with the instructions at https://ionicframework.com/docs/v2/intro/installation/ (https://ionicframework.com/docs/v2/intro/installation/.)

- For smartphone testing, download and install Xcode and Android Studio
