CANCELLED Laughter Club for the High Desert

With the shopping, running around to various events and life itself Lori and I thought it would best to cancel Laughter Club in December. We will resume on Saturday, January 11th, same place although a new time, 10 AM.
If you would like to get together to laugh let Lori or myself know, we can meet you and go from there.
Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year, be safe, do a giggle a day and enjoy!

Karen Hasick and Lori Smith, Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders will be offering an one hour session of laughter every Saturday starting on June 1st.

What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a deceptively simple, yet very powerful and potentially life-changing form of exercise that anybody can do - anytime, anywhere. Its core premise is that your body can and knows how to laugh, regardless of what your mind has to say.

You do not need to have a sense of humor, know jokes, or even be happy. Laughter Yoga invites you to fake it until it becomes real.

This is not the typical yoga with downward dog and warrior poses! It is the deep breathing mixed with laughter exercises and laughter mediation that has similarities to traditional yoga.

Anyone can do this, from the very young to the very old. Come join us, laugh and be physically, mentally, and spiritually lifted.

Bring a towel, mat or something to be able to sit and/or lie on the floor if you are able. If you are not able to do that we have chairs.

All are welcome, even the kids.

There is no charge for this, only a love offering if you so choose.
