Event: Beach Boot Camp Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 29th- September 6th Time: 7 pm Location: B. 86th St. on the beach Description: MMA fighter/instructor Vincent Sinclair and Academy/PT instructor Vinetta Anderton will lead these twice weekly sessions, starting with a warm up/stretch, followed by a boot camp style fitness workout that will include kettle bells, ropes, sledge hammers, medicine balls and ladders. All equipment for work out will be provided at no cost.
