Sumo Keiko (Practice) in Newport News
Details
There will be a keiko (practice) this Saturday, November 1st, at 12:00 noon at Kiln Creek Park (2901 Kiln Creek Pkwy, Tabb, VA 23693). We meet and practice at the baseball field to the right of the basketball court as you enter the park.
What to expect: dynamic stretching, sumo calisthenics and drills, learning a few basic moves, and finish up with light sparring.
What to bring: Water, a towel, and shorts or compression shorts.
