Sumo Keiko (Practice) in Newport News

There will be a keiko (practice) this Friday, April 17th at 3:00 pm. We will meet out in the open field by
412 Robin Hood Dr, Yorktown, VA 23693
What to expect: dynamic stretching, sumo calisthenics and drills, learning a few basic moves, and finish up with light sparring. We are a small group still, so coaching will be very handsome on and 1-on-1
What to bring: Water, a towel, and shorts, and compression shorts.
