Hug a goat, buy some cheese, conversation, laughs and lunch after.
Details
Let's hug a baby goat today...maybe even feed a few...as we visit the cheese makers at George's Mill Farm, an eighth generation family farm in Loudoun County, Virginia, producing farmstead cheeses, caramel, gelato, soaps, and pork. Molly and Sam established their cheese making operation in the heart of the farm and have a wide variety of scrumptious cheeses for us to purchase. (See photos below.)
We will meet at the farm store at 11:30 am, 11873 Georges Mill Road, Lovettsville, VA 20180. Travel time is about an hour. Lunch afterwards at 1836 Kitchen and Taproom, 34 East Broad Way, Lovettsville, VA.
Cost of the farm visit is $10.00. Payment instructions will be provided to all who RSVP.
Georges Mill Farms asks that each visitor provide a waiver prior to arrival: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfgp-_2Xvg8EndyRQM1O5jqfP8Ngf0IYciondjC3C64G6wf3Q/viewform
