Brew Day
Details
Brew day and beer tasting. Bring your favorite homebrew or unusual beer (only a bottle or two is really needed, if everyone brings something interesting). We'll start out by talking about the process of brewing, coming up with a recipe for the day, and doing the beer tasting out of our miniature beer steins.
Then we will head over to Brew & Grow, buy brewing ingredients, bring them back to PS1 and get to brewing. The process is very hands on, even complete newbies can help out and learn. Contribute as much to the process as you like, or as little. There are plenty of tasks and parts of the process to go around.
We have not yet chosen a brewmaster, so if you've brewed with us before and would like to do that, let us know!
