DNNY Monthly Meeting Announcement Date: Sunday, March 4, 3pm-5pm Topic: Possibilities for Defining a Vision, Holding a Vision, and Realizing a Vision for Our World Guest Speaker: Carol Cannon We are thrilled to have Carol back at DNNY for a return speaking engagement. Teachers and students of the science of consciousness have gleaned the value of visualization as a primary tool in catalyzing change, accepting that focusing on a vivid image will influence the organization of matter and circumstances. Those who practice it can attest to the results, so in this talk, Carol explains the importance of having a clear, positive vision of our planet in order to influence "the field", that web of subtle energy that serves as the blueprint for our shared reality. During this post-Mayan Calendar period with so much in flux and major structures collapsing, we have an opportunity to better configure our lives, policies, and institutions. This presentation is put forth to begin a process of conceiving, speaking about, and building more humane ways of living. After explaining some basic tenants of consciousness, she will refer to a variety of inspired sources for plausible alternatives in domains of politics, business, education, health, creativity, science, community, and our environment. Through posing specific questions to the audience, we'll construct an exponentially based vision we can all leave with to hold in our minds and heart to help us contribute to its coming about. All welcome. Invite your interested friends! Bio: Carol Cannon, raised as an artist, has studied and taught on the emerging field of Energy Psychology since 1997; trained and serves as an Interfaith Minister, Reiki Master, EFT practitioner, and Resonance Re-patterning practitioner.
