We will hit on these key topics, which affect everyone’s business uptime:
Technology Skills Shortage
Companies are seeing a significant shortage for key technology roles. High on the list: a shortage of experienced technology leaders, and strategic planners. In addition to day-to-day technicians, how can your company best fill these roles and access top talent?
Real-Time Visibility and Tools
You’ll learn about new dashboards and reporting to track business events and help identify specific culprits for dropped calls or communications, eliminate recurring issues, regain customer transactions and manage communications.
Digital Transformation
The digital experience is now a key part of the customer’s interaction with any company and can inform their view of the company as a whole. Digital transformation also plays a key role in improving a company’s agility, efficiency, and ability to compete in a rapidly-changing market. Where should you be looking for cloud, unified communications, AI-based platforms and other technologies to drive market share with your business?
